   General Notes:

Charlotte married twice. In her first marriage she lived at 21 Cowley Road, Brixton, London. She was extremely fond of the children of her first marriage, Percy Wm. and Freddie, as she was of those of her second marriage to Harry Seyfang. The children of both marriages appear to have been on very close terms. Charlotte came to live at Aspley Guise, Beds., with her daughter Dorothea during World war II and knew both Andrew and Linda well as young children. She was kind and loving. The 1881 Census shows a charlotte brown as a servant at a school in Stourton, Warwicks.

(Harry Seyfang was born on 3 Jul 1868 in Peckham, Surrey 6, died on 21 Feb 1939 in St Giles Hospital 7 and was buried on 24 Feb 1939 in Camberwell Old Cemetery (Forest Hill).) The cause of his death was thrombosis.

Charlotte also married Alfred James, son of William James and Unknown, on 3 Nov 1889 in St Michael, Stockwell 1.
